You can make changes or returns within a maximum period of 14 calendar days after receipt of the order. After the 14 days period, we will deny the request.
We do not accept returns of products in Rebates.
Only one refund is allowed by way of refund. If you want a size or color different, as well as buy other products you need to make a new order.
The refund will be in the same way that you paid.
In the order will be given a return form with all the information, where it will be necessary to fill out all the data and attach it in the return package along with the items to return.
The garments must be shipped and arrive at your destination.

River Skin reserves the right not to accept the change, if once you received the garment, it was in poor condition, stained, torn, washed or in inadequate conditions.
In the case of receiving a defective product, the customer must immediately notify the River Skin on the same day of the receipt of the order via e-mail to email@example.com with the data of the order, to pass the incidence and proceed to the change of product with the same or the payment thereof. In this case, the shipping costs are River Skin.
